                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5,
                   CONTRACT 37C, CITICO PUMPING STATION, WITH
                   T&B SCOTTDALE CONTRACTORS, INC., TO INCREASE
                   THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND,
                   SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE AND 87/100
                   DOLLARS ($6,773.87) FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT
                   AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED
                   SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY
                   AND 70/100 DOLLARS ($3,776,270.70), WITHOUT
                   PRIOR APPROVAL.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 5, Contract 37C, Citico Pumping Station, with 
T&B
       Scottdale Contractors, Inc., to increase the contract in the
       amount of $6,773.87 for a total contract amount of $3,776,270.70, 

       without prior approval.
